Strategic Advisory Services

Our strategic advisory service has three core components:

  • Building the Strategy. Working through the Bean strategic methodology with the CEO, founding entrepreneurs and management team to build a coherent plan for growth.
  • Communicating the Strategy. Specific project work to develop financial models, written communications and presentations for use in fund raising, partnership, joint venture or other business development activities.
  • Funding the Strategy. We have access to a broad network of both private and institutional capital and are able to broker introductions as part of the capital raising process.

Business Development Services

Bean can tap into an extensive network of contacts throughout a variety of sectors, countries and organisations. Once the strategy is formulated and funded we can assist in implementation of key elements of the strategy, including:

  • Strategic sales and introductions to revenue opportunities;
  • Introduction of partnership and joint venture opportunities; and
  • Introduction of acquisition opportunities where appropriate.
