Partner Profile
We are looking for Partners to join our team who have the following qualities, skills and experience:
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial ability and experience;
- A hands-on, “sleeves rolled up” approach to turning around, mentoring and growing client enterprises;
- Top tier business education, training and skills underpinned by business acumen, expertise and experience;
- Highly credible, ethical and trustworthy;
- Strong leadership backed by confidence, audacity and charisma;
- Have prior experience of risking their own capital – have a “put your money where your mouth is” approach;
- Have developed excellent networks and can introduce new clients and business.
A successful portfolio of companies can generate very strong earnings, the bulk of which comes from a revenue share model or pre-agreed bonus arrangements. We will train you in our methodologies and processes and provide you the support of a back office team.
